What Can Trees Do For You? Trees can: help slow wind, provide shelter, food and habitat for wildlife, erosion control and shelter for livestock and crops, and prevent dust in urban areas. The district offers a variety of 4 ft. balled and burlapped spruce and pine trees. We also offer a variety of seedlings as well as equipment to make installing a windbreak easier.
The NRCS can also provide technical assistance to landowners on tree species, tree spacing, seed bed preparation, recommendations for watering and weed control and caring for bareroot seedlings and balled and burlapped trees.
Check out our order form to see a full selection of stock being offered. Print and mail the order form with full payment to get your trees.
